Job Description

We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers / Service Desk professionals for our Mumbai (Goregaon ) office. Candidates will handle end-user IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and technical assistance to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS (Windows), and MS Office issues
• Handle basic networking (LAN, IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Manage incident tickets and service requests
• Maintain IT assets and documentation

Key Skills Required

• Desktop Support & Hardware Troubleshooting
• Windows OS & MS Office
• Basic Networking Knowledge
• Good Communication & Problem-Solving Skills

Eligibility

• Any Graduate (mandatory)
• Only Male candidates
• Must attend Face-to-Face interview in Mumbai
