Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on Desktop Support to end users

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access issues
  • Support AV, including meeting room set-ups and technical issues
  • Escalate more complex incidents to relevant teams where necessary

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide additional BAU support to our onsite IT team in Stevenage. This is a contract role, with onsite work required five days per week. The role is focused on delivering excellent customer service across face-to-face and remote interactions while supporting end users with hardware, software, access, and AV issues.
