Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve client platform-related issues.
- Respond to incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform service requests and system maintenance.
- Monitor systems and ensure service levels are met.
- Maintain system documentation and configurations.
- Support implementation and upgrade of client platforms.
- Assist in infrastructure projects and change management activities.
- Evaluate and recommend IT tools and solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers and project teams.
- Gather infrastructure requirements and support solution implementation.
- Ensure operational standards and best practices are followed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in an IT-related discipline.
- Minimum GPA 2.5 (NITEC graduates).
- Higher NITEC graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to commit to the 2.5-year Work-Study Diploma Programme.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, software applications and remote support.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
- Willing to complete the required healthcare vaccinations
