• Onsite EUC/Deskside support
• Desktop, laptop, monitor, and peripheral installation & troubleshooting
• Hardware break/fix and maintenance
• Printer and scanner support
• Mobile device support
• Network connectivity support (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
• VIP user support
• Incident management and SLA-based support
