Role: Desktop Support
Location: Singapore, West

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who possess a positive attitude, strong learning agility, and a genuine interest in technology.
What You'll Do
Provide IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and applications
Assist users with technical issues and service requests
Support onboarding and offboarding setup
Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 access
Help maintain IT equipment and asset inventory
Support meeting room and AV equipment
Work closely with vendors and internal teams when required
What We're Looking For
Fresh graduates are welcome!
Up to 2 years of IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support experience
Strong "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Team player with a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable travelling to within the western part of Singapore when required
