12-month onsite contract in Austin, TX providing deskside end-user computing (EUC) and 'hands & feet' support for a client's office, with concierge/VIP user support. Day-to-day work is troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, and hardware installs, onsite 5 days a week.
