Caroline Detention Facility (CDF) is a 336-bed detention facility that provides secure detention services for adult male and female detainees on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security. In partnership with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), our team is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment while individuals complete the administrative immigration process.

Position Summary
As a Detention Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and orderly operation of the facility. This role requires professionalism, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to interact respectfully with detainees, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Virginia Driver's License
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment
