The Dev Business Analyst for SyteLine ERP is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of the SyteLine ERP system.
- Work with product managers on gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting requirements.
- Together with key engineers and architects translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mock-ups.
- Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.
- Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that requirements are tested; and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been correctly interpreted.
- Write draft documentation or create presentations.
- Experience presenting skills with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.
- Experience with business analysis methods and techniques.
- Understanding of ERP concepts.
- Evaluating information from various sources and resolve conflicts.
- Experience engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Experience working with SyteLine ERP
