Android developer for a payment gateway aggregator serving APEC countries, based in Bangkok and reporting to the CTO. Day to day: design, build, deploy and maintain Android apps in Kotlin/Java, integrate REST/WebSocket APIs, document designs, and keep apps fast and reliable through E2E, integration and unit testing.
Our client who is a payment gateway aggregator for APEC countries is looking for the energetic Android Developer to grow and success together with the company.
Reporting to: CTO
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions for Android platforms
- Implement new technologies to maximize application performance
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the mobile applications
- Provide necessary technical and design documentation
- Highly motivated with an ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in Android mobile applications development
- Proficient with Android SDK, Kotlin, OOPS, and Java
- Experience in using RESTful API/ WebSocket/ HTTP
- Experience with Sprints, Scrum, and Agile
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git
- Well knowledge in Design Pattern and Material Design
- Familiar with Figma (CI Standard)
- Conduct E2E testing from integration to unit tests
- Good communication in English
