About the Role
We're hiring across multiple levels for our Project Planning & Development team. Whether you're a few years into your architecture career or already running your own project slate, there's a seat here — from supporting design reviews to leading full project planning and authority submissions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
What You'll Be Doing (scales with seniority)
Project Planning & Coordination
- Support or lead project schedules, milestones, and resourcing
- Work with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep projects moving
Design Development
- Assist with, review, or approve architectural design proposals
- Make sure designs meet regulations and project goals
Feasibility & Risk
- Help with or lead feasibility studies (site potential, zoning, cost estimates)
- Flag risks and suggest ways to manage them
Authority Approvals
- Prepare or oversee authority submissions and liaise with government agencies to secure permits
Budget Input
- Support or manage project budgets with cost consultants; suggest value-engineering ideas
Team & Stakeholders
- Junior levels: contribute within the team
- Senior levels: lead, mentor, and act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
Sustainability
- Bring in sustainable design practices where relevant
Level Breakdown
Executive / Senior Executive
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Authority Submission: assists with submissions under supervision
- Team Role: individual contributor
Assistant Manager
- Experience: 5–8 years
- Authority Submission: handles submissions independently
- Team Role: guides junior team members
Manager
- Experience: 8–10+ years, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Authority Submission: owns the full submission process end-to-end
- Team Role: leads and mentors the team
Requirements
All levels
- Degree or Master's in Architecture
- Comfortable with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management tools
- Solid grasp of construction methods, building codes, and sustainability basics
- Good communicator, team player, problem-solver
Assistant Manager & Manager (additional)
- Proven track record leading or co-leading project planning phases
- Experience managing external stakeholders (clients, authorities, contractors) directly
- Manager level: prior people-management experience (min. 3 years)
