    We are seeking a talented Developer Programmer to design, build, and maintain software applications that support and enhance our business workflows. This role focuses primarily on application development, system automation, and integration of digital tools used across the organisation.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyse user requirements, operational workflows, and business needs
    • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code
    • Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing software tools
    • Connect internal systems with external platforms to support business operations
    • Create automation scripts to streamline internal processes and workflows
    • Build tools that help teams work more efficiently
    • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from planning to maintenance


    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • Relevant software development experience
    • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C++)
    • Experience with system integration and software development best practices
    • Understanding of software development best practices, version control, and testing methodologies
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
