Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and identify process automation opportunities.
• Develop robust, scalable, and resilient RPA bots.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for automations.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure delivery quality.
• Monitor and maintain robots in production (support and troubleshooting).
• Drive continuous improvement of automated processes.
• Integrate RPA solutions with corporate systems (APIs, databases, ERPs).
• Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices (e.g., LGPD).
• Support the definition of automation standards and architecture.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proven experience developing RPA solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end automation projects (identification, development, deployment, and maintenance).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of business processes and continuous improvement.
• Technical English for reading documentation.
