Orthex AI là công cụ hỗ trợ lập trình bằng AI do Innotech phát triển, giúp developer đọc hiểu codebase, viết, sửa và kiểm thử code ngay trong quy trình làm việc hằng ngày. Chúng tôi đang mở rộng cộng đồng người dùng developer và cần một người trở thành gương mặt kỹ thuật của sản phẩm.

Mô tả công việc

1. Xây dựng cộng đồng developer

• Xây dựng và vận hành cộng đồng người dùng Orthex (Discord/Telegram/Facebook Group, GitHub Discussions).
• Hiện diện và đóng góp giá trị tại Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, YouTube và các nhóm AI coding trong và ngoài nước.
• Thu thập phản hồi từ developer và chuyển thành đề xuất rõ ràng cho đội sản phẩm.

2. Nội dung kỹ thuật

• Tạo demo, hướng dẫn, video, bài blog và sample project cho Orthex.
• Thực hiện benchmark, bài so sánh khách quan với Claude Code, Codex, Cursor dựa trên bằng chứng.
• Viết tài liệu onboarding giúp người mới dùng thành công trong 15 phút đầu.

3. Tăng trưởng người dùng

• Phối hợp triển khai chiến dịch reviewer, referral, affiliate và hợp tác creator về AI coding.
• Theo dõi funnel: truy cập → tải → kích hoạt → dùng thường xuyên → trả phí; đề xuất thử nghiệm cải thiện từng bước.
• Báo cáo hằng tháng về số liệu và bài học.

4. Sự kiện và đại diện thương hiệu

• Tổ chức/tham gia meetup, webinar, hackathon, livestream coding.
• Làm việc với trường đại học và cộng đồng công nghệ.

5. KPI tham khảo (3–6 tháng đầu)

• Số tài khoản trả phí mới và người dùng hoạt động hằng tuần từ kênh cộng đồng.
• Lượt tải/đăng ký (chỉ số phụ) và tỷ lệ kích hoạt sau onboarding.
• Số nội dung kỹ thuật chất lượng được xuất bản; số thành viên cộng đồng hoạt động.

Your Skills and Experience

Must Have:

• Từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm DevRel, developer marketing, technical writer, developer advocate, community hoặc software engineer có đam mê chia sẻ.
• Thành thạo Git, terminal, hiểu quy trình phát triển phần mềm; đã dùng các công cụ AI coding.
• Có sản phẩm nội dung công khai (blog, YouTube, GitHub, bài đăng, talk).
• Tiếng Anh tốt (viết và giao tiếp) để làm việc với cộng đồng quốc tế.
• Giao tiếp, trình bày, kể chuyện kỹ thuật dễ hiểu và trung thực.
• Biết đọc số liệu cơ bản (traffic, activation, retention) và có tư duy thử nghiệm.

Nice to Have:

• Kinh nghiệm với sản phẩm SaaS/developer tools.
• Có sẵn mạng lưới developer, creator hoặc cộng đồng.
• Biết lập trình (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript...) để tự làm demo.
• Kinh nghiệm SEO, YouTube hoặc chạy affiliate/referral.
