Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Establish the overall project development structure and guide the project team to proceed;

• Build up and maintain the project roadmap/schedule with an estimation of the scope of work;

• Build and evolve a team; identify resourcing needs, provide challenges and developmental opportunities to ensure that all employees reach their potential through mentoring and career development.

• Implement and monitor the cycle of each development process, support the team as needed;

• Develop working relationships with the immediate team and those outside of the immediate team that influence the completion of the project

• Communicate with the project teams and coordinate requirements with external partners

• Participate in the hiring process to ensure candidates meet project requirements

• Produce milestone reports and ensure to deliver the quality build on time;

• Manage budget for procurement, travel and outsourcing;

• Identify and mitigate risks during the whole project cycle;

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading complex programs, operations, or projects, including 5+ years in an operational leadership role.

• Proven ability to build and improve operational processes, team effectiveness, and delivery outcomes.

• Strong execution, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written).

• Passion for games, with an interest in soccer being a plus.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and version control systems.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

• Experience supporting live service operations and large-scale cross-funtional programs.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience in game development or live service environments.

• Knowledge of FC Mobile and football gaming landscape.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience.
