Development Manager
NewBe an early applicantA leading pan‑European real estate investment and development platform is seeking a Development Manager to join its European Development team, focusing on the delivery of industrial and logistics projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of industrial and logistics development and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure projects meet budget, programme, and quality objectives.
- Manage the full Irish planning process, including engagement with local authoritiesLead technical due diligence on acquisitions.
- Appoint and manage design, planning, QS, engineering, and contractor teams.
- Support budgeting and cost forecasting with internal investment teams.
- Drive ESG innovation and adoption of sustainable technologies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years’ experience in real estate development, construction project management, or industrial quantity surveying.
- Track record delivering complex commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of planning processes, statutory approvals, and construction contracts (GCCC, D&B).
- Skilled communicator with experience managing diverse stakeholders and consultants.
- Knowledge of feasibility analysis, cost planning, and the full RIBA design development cycle.
