Development Manager

Job Purpose:
- The Development Manager at Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle Inc is responsible for leading and executing the organization's fundraising strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the club by developing and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. The Development Manager will work to enhance the club's visibility and reputation, while aligning fundraising efforts with the club's mission to support youth development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to meet the financial goals of the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Organize and oversee fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that enhance the visibility and appeal of fundraising initiatives.
- Manage donor databases and track fundraising progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Research and identify new funding opportunities, including grants and corporate sponsorships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes to the executive team and board of directors.
- Lead and mentor a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in fundraising practices.
