Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting software programs and applications

• Devise short-term and long-term goals and strategies

• Work with cross-functional teams to establish the project scope, timelines and deliverables

• Communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

• Manage sprints, both in product and non-product

• Plan product releases (patch/version)

• Evaluates the products and designs

• Assess the performance of each team member and offer technical guidance.

• Effectively applies company’s methodology and enforces project standards

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• In-depth knowledge of Project Management and Development Methodology preferably Agile

• With strong business process and solution background

• Must be highly analytical and problem solver

• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent

• With excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Must be amenable to work in Makati City
