Development Manager
Maskex Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and support the company’s strategic expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop new business partnerships, improve operational efficiency, and drive long-term business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
* Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
* Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
* Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and strategic collaborations.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives.
* Prepare business proposals, reports, budgets, and presentations for management.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business development initiatives.
* Support management in developing long-term strategic plans.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, operations management, or project management.
* Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry will be an advantage.
* Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business partners and stakeholders.
