Development Project Manager on-site Barcelona

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Development Project Manager on-site in Barcelona, Spain to collaborate with our project team within the real estate development and construction business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

This opportunity will focus primarily on construction execution, contractor management, and schedule delivery, with engagement in cost control, risk management, and project planning throughout the lifecycle.

To succeed in this opportunity, you should have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, be punctual, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project coordination, project management (+6 years).
• 5 years pf experience as a main pure PM
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD) as well as data analysis (Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Experience in data analysis, including cost tracking, schedule performance metrics, and trend reporting.
• English fluency is required for this opportunity.
