Summary

Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions for children with developmental delays, create individualized plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.

  • Conduct developmental assessments to identify delays and intervention needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's developmental goals.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based intervention techniques.
  • Monitor and document each child's progress and update treatment plans as required.
  • Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home-based intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, special educators, and medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare progress reports.


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones.
  • Excellent observation, assessment, and intervention skills.
  • Effective communication and counseling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good documentation and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and family-centered approach.
