Development Therapist

• Assess developmental milestones and identify delays in children
  
• Design and implement individualized therapy and intervention plans
  
• Conduct sessions to enhance:
  • Fine and gross motor skills
    
  • Cognitive and problem-solving abilities
    
  • Social, communication, and adaptive skills
    
• Use evidence-based therapy techniques for conditions such as:
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
    
  • Cerebral palsy
    
  • Down Syndrome
    
  • Developmental Delay
    
• Monitor and record progress for each child
  
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to support home and school programs.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and special educators
  
• Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and developmental assessments
  
• Participate in parent counseling, workshops, and training sessions
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of child development and early intervention principles
  
• Ability to develop individualized developmental programs
  
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent observation, assessment, and documentation skills
  
• Ability to work with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
