  • Assess developmental milestones (motor, language, social, cognitive)
  • Design individualized therapy/intervention plans
  • Provide therapy for children with conditions like:
    • Autism Spectrum Disorder
    • ADHD
    • Developmental delays
    • Learning disabilities
  • Use play-based and activity-based therapeutic techniques
  • Train parents and caregivers on home programs
  • Monitor progress and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with professionals such as SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and educators
  • Use early intervention strategies for young children


Requirements

  • Knowledge of child development and developmental disorders
  • Strong observation and assessment skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and creativity
  • Internship or hands-on experience with children
