Summary
DevOps Associate at Seven Seven Global Services automating cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines: provisioning via Infrastructure as Code, maintaining security, monitoring, backup, and deployment support across dev, UAT, and production. Full onsite in Makati City on a renewable 6-month service consulting contract.

About the role
The DevOps position is responsible for the automation, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and applications. This role works closely with Development, Solutions, and other IT teams to ensure that cloud resources and applications are deployed efficiently, securely, reliably, and in accordance with established standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities
Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code for provisioning and managing cloud resources
Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for application build and deployment
Implement and maintain cloud security, monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery practices
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code and scripting
Provide cloud and deployment support to Development, QA, Solutions, Business, and other IT stakeholders
Gather feedback from stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve cloud services and deployment processes
Coordinate with stakeholders during application deployments, maintenance activities, and production incidents
Contribute to timely deployment and documentation of DevOps activities, supporting IT and Digitalization with application/system promotion activities
Ensure reliable and efficient deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and automation of cloud infrastructure and applications across development, UAT, and production environments
Must-Have Qualifications (non-negotiable)
At least 2-3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure
At least 2-3 years of experience in CI/CD & Deployment Automation
At least 0-1 years of experience in Scripting & Programming (JS, Python, Bash and PowerShell)
At least 2-3 years of experience in Cloud Security
At least 2-3 years of experience in Git / Source Control
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in using Terraform
0-1 years of experience in using Kubernetes
1-2 years of experience in FinOps
1-2 years of experience in using Multi-account Management
2-3 years of experience in Database Administration
