Key Responsibilities Build, deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes using ArgoCD and Bitbucket Pipelines CI\/CD. Manage secrets and configuration (Vault), container images, and environment promotion (staging to production). Operate and extend observability --- Grafana \/ Loki \/ Prometheus, Sentry --- and on-call via incident.io. Support Database replication, database deployments and zero-downtime release patterns. Maintain network\/edge configuration (Cloudflare, dual-ISP failover) and infrastructure-as-code. Diagnose and resolve service-impacting incidents; document root cause and preventive actions. Work with developers so solutions are designed for scale, performance and operability; manage infrastructure cost. Configure public (Azure) and private (NTT) cloud hosting and shared-service models.
