  • Develop AI‑powered automation patterns and automation assets for consistent delivery across teams.
  • Drive adoption of additional Harness modules (IDP, Feature Management, Chaos Engineering, Engineering Insights).
  • Conduct capability assessments, architecture enhancements, and contribute to CI/CD transformation roadmaps.
  • Establish progressive delivery standards (blue‑green, canary, rolling deployments, automated rollback).
  • Support pre‑sales activities including PoCs, demos, estimations, and proposals.
  • Develop reusable automation assets, templates, and documentation for consistent execution.
  • Configure and manage infrastructure for pipelines (Kubernetes, VMs, artifact repos, Git platforms, cloud services).
  • Ensure security, performance, scalability, and quality best practices across CI/CD and DevSecOps.
  • Mentor teams, deliver enablement sessions, and promote continuous learning on Harness capabilities.
  • Stay current with Harness features to improve delivery blueprints and standards.
Key requirements
  • Over 12 years in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, or platform engineering.
  • 3+ years hands‑on with Harness (CI, CD, STO, Chaos, CCM).
  • Designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes container orchestration.
  • Git workflows (GitHub, GitLab, ADO); YAML, shell scripting, Python.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Terraform, Helm, or similar IaC tools.

  • Hands on with Harness AI Agents (policy enforcement, insights, automated decisions).
  • Preferred: experience with large‑scale modernization/migration (e.g., Jenkins to Harness).
  • Exposure to enterprise AppSec workflows and STO integration; Chaos Engineering with Harness.
  • High analytical skills
  • Initiative and flexibility
