DevOps & DBA Engineering Leader

iCapital is seeking a Manager for DevOps and DBA Engineering to lead the Annuities Platform team in delivering reliable, scalable SaaS products. You will guide CI/CD pipelines, database operations, and a growing team of DevOps engineers and DBAs.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Product teams to embed DevSecOps, manage Azure costs, and ensure SOC 2 compliance while driving automation and observability across production and non-production environments.
