DevOps Developer

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools to deploy and scale applications using AWS, Kubernetes, and scripting languages.
Our growing software company is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Developer to join our team in Gujrat. In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software development infrastructure and tools. You will work closely with our development team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the stability and scalability of our applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated tools for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Ensure the stability and availability of our production environments through continuous monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployment processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in DevOps methodologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a DevOps Developer or related position.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms AWS, Azure, containerization Docker, and orchestration Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Hands‑on experience with Git version control system.
- Knowledge of web server technologies such as NGINX or Apache.
- Previous experience working with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
