We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team in Multan, Pakistan. As a DevOps Developer you will play a crucial role in the development, deployment, and management of our software products. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with software developers and IT operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for different software projects.
- Improve existing CI/CD processes to increase efficiency and reduce deployment time.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure or code.
- Automate manual processes using scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify system requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement in software development processes and suggest solutions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest DevOps trends and tools to continuously improve our systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating‑system administration and networking concepts.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $1,100 per month for this contract position. The salary may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
