Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate application releases using Aldon, ensuring smooth and compliant deployments.
- Oversee UOB release management activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, and production implementation.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure release readiness and successful delivery.
- Monitor release risks, dependencies, and issues, driving timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with UOB change management, security, and audit requirements.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in release management and DevOps practices.
