Job Overview
Halian is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build and automate scalable cloud platforms, improve CI/CD processes and enhance reliability across modern cloud-native environments.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience and strong technical expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Azure and AWS cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and DevSecOps practices.
The role also requires familiarity with AI-assisted DevOps delivery, including AI coding agents, pipeline automation and AI-generated code reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and automate scalable cloud platforms.
- Drive CI/CD excellence across development and deployment workflows.
- Enhance reliability across cloud-native environments.
- Work with Kubernetes and Docker-based infrastructure.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Support monitoring and observability solutions.
- Apply DevSecOps practices and automation scripting.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for DevOps delivery, pipeline automation and code reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, including AKS/EKS, and Docker.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- CI/CD experience with:
- Azure DevOps
- GitHub Actions
- Jenkins
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Monitoring and observability experience with:
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- Azure Monitor
- DevSecOps knowledge.
- Automation scripting using Python and/or Bash.
- Experience with AI-assisted DevOps delivery, including AI coding agents, pipeline automation and AI-generated code reviews.
