DevOps Engineer

About The Role

Join Accenture as a DevOps Engineer and play a key role in designing, automating, and optimizing modern software delivery processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development efficiency, enhance platform reliability, and accelerate the deployment of high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor application and platform performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and development workflows.
• Support containerization and orchestration platforms to enable scalable and resilient environments.
• Implement and maintain security, compliance, and governance controls within DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background, internship experience, certifications, personal projects, or hands-on exposure to DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, or Automation technologies are also encouraged to apply.
• Intermediate proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices.

Bonus Point If You Have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and automated security controls.
• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale application platforms
