DevOps Engineer and IT Security

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Ensure high system availability, 24/7 monitoring, and rapid incident response.
• Implement security and PCI-DSS compliance, data encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
• Optimise cloud costs, automation, and infrastructure resource utilisation.
• Hands‑on experience in conducting penetration testing to identify, assess, and address security vulnerabilities across applications, systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

Job Description

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Manage AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.
• Ensure 99.9% system availability, 24/7 monitoring, and rapid incident response.
• Implement security and PCI-DSS compliance, data encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
• Optimise cloud costs, automation, and infrastructure resource utilisation.
• Minimum three years of DevOps/SRE experience, including at least one year in fintech or financial technology.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, or similar orchestration technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, load balancers, APIs, proxies, MySQL, and databases.
• Solid understanding of security concepts such as WAF, VPN, IAM, vault or secret management, and PCI-DSS. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Experience handling high‑traffic systems or e‑commerce applications.
• Experience with blue‑green or canary deployments and chaos engineering.
• Experience with Python or Go for automation.
• AWS/GCP/Kubernetes certifications are an advantage.
• Problem solver with an on‑call mindset, clear communication during incidents, and the ability to collaborate with Engineering and Compliance teams.
