DevOps Engineer – Ansible Automation

Job Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong Ansible and Linux experience to join our international platform engineering team. You will develop and operate automation solutions that standardize and streamline IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Azure DevOps.

• Create and maintain reusable Ansible playbooks for RHEL and middleware environments.

• Automate installation, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and automation issues.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and international teams.

• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Systems, or Platform Engineering.

• Hands-on Ansible / Ansible Tower / AAP experience.

• Strong Linux/RHEL knowledge.

• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD.

• Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or equivalent.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat, Apache, NGINX, Podman, PostgreSQL

• Kubernetes

• ELK, Prometheus, Grafana

• Configuration, vulnerability, and lifecycle management

• Java or Go development background
