Devops Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Devops Engineer to join a team building and supporting modern cloud platforms that enable software development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable SaaS solutions.

Gdańsk, Poland – hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience.
• Support cloud-native applications and containerized environments.
• Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs, observability, and production reliability.
• Ensure security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices.
• Troubleshoot production environments and optimize cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong experience with cloud and infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub CI/CD.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic or OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization.
• Knowledge of security best practices (e.g. NIST, CIS, SOC2).
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency (B2+).
