DevOps Engineer

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of overall IT infrastructure or cloud engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure networking architecture and design.
• Deep understanding of:
• Azure Policy
• Azure Governance
• Azure Security Controls
• Network Security Architecture
• Experience implementing and managing:
• ExpressRoute
• VPN Connectivity
• Virtual Networks (VNets)
• Hub-and-Spoke Architectures
• Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Experience integrating infrastructure automation into Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance practices.
• Ability to drive technical initiatives and influence architecture decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
• AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
• Additional Azure certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-500, or similar.
• Experience establishing enterprise cloud governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Azure environments.
• Familiarity with advanced cloud operational monitoring and optimization practices.
• Experience mentoring cloud engineers and providing technical guidance.
• Experience working in highly regulated or security-focused environments.
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones and enterprise cloud adoption frameworks.
