Overview
In this role you contribute to the KAM unit by building scalable cloud-native services for hosted products, focusing on reliability and secure delivery. You work with cross-functional teams to automate and improve cloud operations, CI/CD, and infrastructure. You will help drive DevOps culture across the organization, balancing speed with resilience. This remote-UK opportunity combines modern cloud platforms with hands-on automation to support growth and secure delivery of SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities
- Operate and configure cloud-centric product offerings with emphasis on resiliency and scalability
- Develop and enhance SaaS products following well-architected principles (reliability, observability, secure delivery)
- Manage and improve CI/CD platforms, automate build, test, and deployment pipelines
- Automate infrastructure, VMs, and containerised environments across multi-cloud solutions
- Promote DevOps practices and identify improvement opportunities across delivery roadmaps
- Maintain and automate runbooks and playbooks for scalable platform operations
Key requirements
- Strong experience with public cloud using Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of AWS and multi-cloud is beneficial
- Configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu required)
- Ansible, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep are advantageous
- Foundational infra concepts: VMs, serverless, networking, storage, databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions; scripting in PowerShell and/or Bash desirable
- Containerised workloads and orchestration: Azure Container Apps, AWS ECS, Docker; Kubernetes and Helm desirable
