Summary
Platform/DevOps engineer who operates and maintains a Red Hat OpenShift platform day to day: automating manual ops using GitOps and CI/CD, ensuring platform stability and reliability, troubleshooting issues, and supporting development teams, including participation in an on-call/after-hours rotation.
We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join a team responsible for the development, reliability, and day-to-day operation of a platform based on Red Hat OpenShift.
The team is moving away from traditional, manual operational processes toward a more automated and developer-focused approach. You will have the opportunity to contribute to this transformation by improving platform capabilities, introducing automation, and making it easier for development teams to work with the platform.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or Operations
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Understanding of GitOps principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Comfortable working closely with software development teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently in an operational environment
- Good command of English
- Willingness to participate in an on-call / after-hours rotation
