DevOps Engineer

Summary

The DevOps Engineer will manage and improve a Red Hat OpenShift platform by implementing automation and GitOps practices to support development teams. The role involves operational maintenance, troubleshooting, and participation in an on-call rotation.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join a team responsible for the development, reliability, and day-to-day operation of a platform based on Red Hat OpenShift.

The team is moving away from traditional, manual operational processes toward a more automated and developer-focused approach. You will have the opportunity to contribute to this transformation by improving platform capabilities, introducing automation, and making it easier for development teams to work with the platform.

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
  • Understanding of GitOps principles
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Comfortable working closely with software development teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently in an operational environment
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call / after-hours rotation
