Your next big opportunity is just a click away!
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who will design, build, and operate the CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and automation that let Consumer IT teams ship secure software quickly and reliably in a regulated banking environment. You will own pipelines and platform components end to end, from design through production support, as part of our Platform Engineering practice.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Enterprise (GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, composite actions) for .NET, OutSystems, and other consumer banking workloads.
Containerize applications with Docker and operate Kubernetes workloads on Rancher and OpenShift, including self-hosted runner infrastructure (ARC).
Contribute to the internal developer platform: golden paths, self-service templates, and reusable tooling that reduce friction for application teams.
Develop automation and tooling in TypeScript (Node.js) and Python; script and administer RHEL/Linux and Windows environments.
Implement release automation with traceability across GitHub, Linear, and ServiceNow change management.
Embed security and quality gates in pipelines (CodeQL, dependency and secret scanning, approval controls).
Build observability with Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus: dashboards, alerts, and SLO-based monitoring.
Integrate AI agents and MCP tools through Runlayer within CISO-approved guardrails.
Participate in incident response and RCA, and turn findings into lasting fixes and automation.
Document designs and runbooks, and mentor mid-level engineers through code review and pairing.
Requirements
3+ years in DevOps, platform, or release engineering.
Hands-on CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions or equivalent) with production pipelines.
Docker and Kubernetes experience; exposure to Rancher or OpenShift.
RHEL/Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash), plus working knowledge of Windows servers.
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript (Node.js) for automation and tooling.
Experience with an observability platform (Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus).
Solid grasp of Git branching strategies, artifact management, and change/release processes.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Banking or other regulated-industry delivery experience.
Hands-on work with LLM agents, MCP, Runlayer, or AI governance in engineering.
Experience with Linear, ServiceNow integrations, or work-management migrations.
Grafana/Prometheus depth.
Financial services or other regulated-industry experience (SOX, audit evidence).
.NET build and deployment experience; OutSystems CD experience.
Platform Engineering experience (internal developer platforms, self-service tooling).
GitHub Enterprise administration (EMU/SSO); Runlayer or MCP/agent tooling experience.
