As part of our team, you will:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge ofcloud computing, system integration, and software development,
• Design and maintain cloud environments onMicrosoft Azure that serve asthe experimental backbone for the MCP Graph Broker,
• Configure and validate multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms, ensuring that research onthe Orchestration Layer translates into architecturally sound, scalable solutions,
• Design and implement algorithms for the Security & Reliability Framework for MCP –one ofthe first implementations ofits kind for enterprise environments inPoland.

Apply if you have:

• At least 5years ofexperience inasenior orlead role, orin cloud solutions architecture,Commercial experience inbuilding scalable web applications and systems integration,Experience inone ofthe following areas: DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps –deployment and monitoring inproduction environments using CI/CD pipelines and/or Azure MLCI/CD pipelines,Familiarity with Azure services and best practices (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL),Experience indesigning and executing enterprise system integrations via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API, OAuth2, OIDC),Experience inbuilding connectors, adapters, orintegration layers,Knowledge ofthe MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol orsimilar context protocols, and practical use ofmachine learning tools/ML/AI APIs inproduction environments,A solid understanding ofAzure cloud services, microservices, and API management,Experience with multi-tenant architecture –context isolation, resource management, and access policies inSaaS environments,Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities,A passion for technology and akeen eye for emerging trends,Experience inbuilding Enterprise SaaS applications,Strong communication skills,An eye for detail,Fluency inPolish (C1+) and English (B2+), both spoken and written,Ability towork from Białystok orsurrounding areas; hybrid work model required (at least 3days inthe office +max 2days remote per week),Higher technical education (computer science orrelated field).
• Nice to have:Practical knowledge ofconversational and dialogue models (fine-tuning, RLHF, prompt engineering for LLMs) –particularly for AIassistant scenarios,Experience with enterprise system integration via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API) inthe role ofconnector orMCP integration developer,Experience with multi-agent systems atenterprise scale,Azure certifications: Developer Associate (AZ-204), Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), orequivalent,Experience with AImodel evaluation techniques –experiment design, quality assessment metrics for MLmodels.
