Responsibilities

Provide primary operational technical support and assist application/functional teams.
Improve application reliability, quality, security, monitoring, alerting, automation, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
Troubleshoot and resolve environment, middleware, and application technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and time-to-market.
Coordinate vulnerability and technology-obsolescence remediation with application, infrastructure, and production teams.
Manage technical issues and escalations while maintaining delivery standards.
Standardize and improve operational workflows, frameworks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing practices while bridging Dev and Ops.

Requirements

Experience in DevOps engineering and/or application services.
Proficiency in Git, with hands-on experience in Java technology and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and scripting, preferably SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity and problem-solving.
Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including prompt engineering, model limitations, responsible evaluation of AI-generated outputs, and identifying suitable opportunities for AI-enabled automation.
