- 7+ Years in Engineering/Operations and 5+ years in DevOps
- Banking or Financial Services experience
- Strong background in high-availability distributed systems
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
- Experience with Ansible and Docker/Podman
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and Helm
- Linux and Shell scripting skills
- Security automation and production support experience
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Agile experience
- English B2+ required.
