DevOps Engineer

Job Requirements

1. Technical Foundation & Architecture Competency 1-2 years of experience in system operation & maintenance, DevOps or related R&D. Familiar with enterprise application architecture, and understand the design principles of mainstream architectures such as front-end and back-end separation, microservices and containerization.

2. DevOps Capability Knowledge of DevOps methodology with hands-on experience in mainstream DevOps tools, including but not limited to Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker and Kubernetes. Able to support continuous integration, continuous delivery and automated application deployment.

3. Development & Automation Capability Coding background, proficient in at least one programming language among Java, Python, Go and Shell. Capable of independently developing automation scripts, O&M tools or simple applications to improve O&M efficiency and system stability.

4. Operation & Maintenance and Troubleshooting Capability Familiar with IT service management processes, including application release, change management, monitoring & alerting, troubleshooting and issue management. Prior experience in Linux OS and common middleware (Nginx, Tomcat, Redis, MySQL, etc.) is preferred.

5. Communication & Language Competency Good English reading, writing and communication skills; able to read English technical documents and collaborate with international teams across regions. Strong teamwork and self-learning ability. Candidates who can speak Chinese are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Salary

   • Monthly base pay

   • 20% salary increase upon confirmation

   • 13th-month salary

2. Insurance

   • Mandatory: EPF, SOCSO, EIS

   • Supplementary medical insurance (after confirmation):

     • Hospitalization: RM 20,000/year

     • General outpatient: unlimited/year

     • Specialist outpatient: RM 1,800/year

3. Leave

   • Annual & sick leave: 14 days each per year

   • After 2 years: Annual 15 days + Sick 16 days

   • After 5 years: Annual 16 days + Sick 20 days

   • All public holidays follow Petailing Jaya calendar

   • Statutory leave (hospitalization, maternity) per Malaysian labor law

4. Overtime

   • Overtime compensated with OT Fee or 1:1 time off in lieu（Valid within 6 months
