DevOps Engineer
Blackthorn Vision is seeking a Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer for an outstaff project with a global leader in energy technology. Founded in 1926 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company has 100,000 employees serving customers in more than 120 countries and develops software solutions for automation across the energy and industrial sectors.
You will work as part of an international team, collaborating with Blackthorn Vision specialists, client-side engineers, and management. We are looking for a self-driven team player with strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering robust and maintainable solutions. Upper-Intermediate English or higher is required for effective day-to-day communication. The position follows a regular full-time working schedule aligned with the Ukrainian time zone.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with AKS, Helm, and FluxCD.
Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with Rancher and Harbor in on-premise environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Linux Networking.
Experience with GitLab.
Experience working with Cassandra.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Experience with infrastructure and deployment processes in large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
Work on decoupling application pipelines and deployment processes.
Support the technical separation of infrastructure, pipelines, and deployments.
Contribute to the separation of application code and dependencies from the DevOps side.
Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Collaborate with development and platform teams to ensure reliable application delivery.
Contribute to building a foundation for future projects and deployments.
