Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, andmaintain CI/CD pipelines for game and platform services, ensuring automated testing,security scanning, and deployment gates are enforced.
- Manageinfrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform for cloud andon-premises environments.
- Implement andmaintain containerization and orchestration platforms, such as Docker and Kubernetes,supporting game and platform services.
- Monitor systemhealth, performance, and availability using observability tooling, respondingto incidents and alerts.
- Automatedeployment, scaling, and rollback processes to support live operations(LiveOps) changes with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams toimprove build, test, and release processes and reduce lead time.
- Manage secrets,credentials, and configuration using centralized secrets management tooling.
- Support incidentresponse and post-incident reviews for production issues, driving root-causeremediation.
- Maintain and harden cloud infrastructure inline with security baselines and compliance requirements.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to supportproduction systems.
Key Performance Indicators/Key Success Factors
- Deployment frequency and change failurerate.
- Mean time to recovery (MTTR) for productionincidents.
- Pipeline build and deployment success rate.
- System uptime and availability against SLAtargets.
- Reduction in manual deployment andoperational tasks through automation.
