5+ Years Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in
DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps
roles. Minimum
2 years of hands-on Terraform
experience in production. Minimum
2 years of software development/coding
experience in any mainstream programming language. Strong experience in
AWS/cloud infrastructure
, security, and automation. Experience building and managing
secure and scalable cloud infrastructure
. Strong knowledge of
monitoring, observability, and logging
. Experience with
CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
. Experience automating infrastructure and deployments through
version control and pipelines
. Experience working in
Agile environments
. Good to Have AWS certification such as
Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty
. Terraform Associate/Professional
certification. Experience with
Terraform Cloud or Terraform Enterprise
. Experience with monitoring/APM tools and observability platforms. Knowledge of
Policy-as-Code
tools such as Sentinel or Open Policy Agent (OPA).
