DevOps Engineer

About The Role:
As our DevOps Engineer will work with our team of engineers to build tools and automation that enhance efficiency, monitoring, and our continuous delivery pipeline. This role collaborates with development and client support teams to deliver a high-performing, secure, and highly available platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Interface with clients and provide project support
- Troubleshoot help desk tickets on OUR platform
- Deploy and maintain platform monitoring, environments (dev, staging, prod)
- Develop solutions and automation via scripting
- Manage Linux servers, networking, and connectivity
- Write Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and support Docker/Kubernetes in AWS
- Collaborate with development and support teams on monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in DevOps/SRE and 3–5 years technical experience
- Design databases, build microservices, manage servers, and develop automation tools
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications and infrastructure
- Build CI/CD pipelines, manage software packages, and automate deployments (Bash/PowerShell)
- System monitoring with CloudWatch, DataDog, New Relic, etc.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Golang, JavaScript)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills
- Independent, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
