Role Overview
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to streamline and automate our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security processes. You will work closely with backend, frontend, and data teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our fintech applications running on AWS and GCP.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Manage and optimize AWS and GCP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Monitor and optimize system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
Implement security best practices, including IAM roles, VPC configurations, and encryption.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications.
Optimize database performance and backup strategies for MySQL and DynamoDB.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance system scalability and fault tolerance.
Ensure compliance with SAMA, UAE Central Bank, and other fintech regulations.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
Cloud Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and GCP services.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD Pipelines: Expertise in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
Security & Compliance: Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements for fintech applications.
Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
Networking: Experience with VPCs, load balancers, firewalls, and DNS configurations.
