Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate system administration tasks and operational processes.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for applications and infrastructure.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and system maintenance.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the DevOps workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration principles.
