DevOps Engineer: Cloud, Microservices & Automation

The Member Company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to optimize cloud environments and mission-critical microservices. You will focus on automation, reliability, and innovation across services and platforms.

We offer a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary starting at €32,000 under CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi, with potential above this level based on experience. Includes profit sharing, a €4,000 net annual skills budget, and an annual welfare credit.

Preventive maintenance management and monitoring of microservice environments. Incident & Problem Management, root cause analysis and escalation. Deployment management, rollback, and updates. Drafting technical documentation, reporting, and KPI analysis. Experience in microservices, containers, CI/CD, cloud, and virtualization. Expertise in monitoring/logging with Prometheus/ELK/Grafana, scripting with Bash/Python, and Linux/Unix. Incident/problem management, root cause analysis, deployment, and version control with Git. Relational and non-relational databases; ITIL processes. Java/Spring Boot, Kafka; familiarity with front-end tech and UX/UI. Engineering standards for space missions. Advanced system administration and HW/SW maintenance including PostgreSQL/Oracle and cloud. Profit sharing Skills development budget €4,000 net Annual welfare credit
